At first glance, it would be hard to believe someone as hyperactive and childlike as Ceevee could be part of the Ruling Caste of Susehpe. The Ruling Caste differs from common Susehpens in that the designs of their bodies have elements taken directly from the blueprints of the original Susehpen, known today only as Alpha. Ceevee’s neural processors are built around Alpha’s personality chips, which contained no preprogrammed knowledge but could develop artificial intelligence as needed. Therefore, Ceevee’s mind and personality develop like that of a naturally born creature, and since she is a recent creation, she has the mentality of a young child, driven by impulse rather then by logic, unlike the rest of the Ruling Caste. Another aspect of Ceevee that makes her unique amongst the Rulers is that she is structurally designed as a search-and-rescue unit, a designation that allows Ceevee more direct contact with Susehpen commoners than other Rulers. Because of her youth, Ceevee’s duties as a ruling class are limited, leaving her plenty of free time to work as a hair stylist and clothing repairwoman, careers that give her plenty of opportunities for socializing.

Most of Ceevee’s existence has almost entirely consisted of following her own whims in the exploration of Susehpen’s cities, only reporting to the Ruling Caste when directly ordered by the Matriarch herself. Whether she’s trying to handle an emergency or the latest fashion fad, Ceevee always does everything she can to strike up a conversation. Most of the time, people are eventually driven away by Ceevee’s eager and inquisitive nature. The one exception would be Rankin, one of the first bio-androids to become part of the Warrior Caste of Susehpe. Even though the calm, calculating Rankin is Ceevee’s opposite in personality, Ceevee still considers Rankin her best friend and is devoted to maintaining that friendship.

Ceevee is a headstrong individual who is eternally driven by her curiosity of the surrounding world. Ceevee, however, is also very naïve due to her childlike mentality, and often does not realize she has crossed paths with a dangerous person until its too late. Ceevee’s impulsive and immature ways annoy the other members of the Ruling Caste to no end. In fact, she probably would have been deactivated long ago had the Matriarch herself not come to the conclusion that Ceevee’s unique view of the world was helpful in maintaining relationships between Sesehpen citizens and the other nations of Nizo. Over time, a mother-daughter relationship between the two has developed, with Ceevee able to stay calm in the Matriarch’s presence. Ceevee is very diligent when it comes to fulfilling her duties as a search-and-rescue unit, and takes pride in the abilities that she has. In regards to Rankin, Ceevee always takes whatever opportunity she can to hang out with the bio-android, even though Rankin is rather indifferent about their supposed friendship. Ceevee has a tendency to get paranoid about Rankin’s well being, even though Rankin is designed to recover from virtually any injury she could receive.

Ceevee’s body is made of seven modules that can levitate and move independently from each other and can arrange themselves in a variety of formations. Each of the modules contain force field projectors that are used to carry and catch people and debris as well as hologram projectors that can convey messages and provide illumination. Ceevee can amplify the size and strength of her force fields by linking the energy between several modules, using the modules like anchor points on a net. Ceevee can manipulate the shape of her force fields, and the constructs she can create from them are surprisingly complex. In her free time, Ceevee has taught herself how to use her force fields to create and repair fabrics and to trim and style hair, and she tries to offer those services to others whenever she can.
