This is a revised version of the city of Somagrep
Somagrepians come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and cultures, and many of these tribes are often in conflict with one another, which makes it all the more amazing that any of the tribes were able to band together to create a metropolis. Still, the largest Somagrepian tribes colaborated to create city in the heart of their savage jungles. Suspended above a river by ceramic pillars, Somagrep is a labarynth of wooden platforms and bridges and a testament what an nation considered "primitive" is actually capable of doing.
Today Somagrep is regarded as a popular tourist spot, both as a starting point for an expidition into the jungles and as a place of exploration itself. The city also contains and growing population of foreigners who work as merchants selling exotic goods. However, not all is well in the city. Many of the smaller Somagrepian tribes pose a threat to the city as vandals and bandits, and the Yofu tribe is the most notorious of these "pirate" tribes.
