Thirdborn: The Journey Across [Sprites Set 1]

I'm currently in the middle of conceptualizing the latest incarnation of my "Thirdborn" series, "The Journey Across." The basic idea is an installation of paper sculptures that depict the mobile skyscrapers of the robotic nation of Susehpe. These sculptures will act like blank pages of a comic book, and characters like the ones depicted above can be placed on the sides of these sculptures to create narrative paths.

Like I said, these project is still in its conceptual stages, including the concept of the using movable, video-game inspired sprites of characters to tell a story. If you want, you can download the png of these sprites and create your own tales with them, whether you photoshop them onto a photo or print them out as paper dolls. Just give me a heads up and maybe even some feedback.

I have plans to create more images of these characters, expanding the narrative possibilites for them.
